Please make yourself familiar with the following terms of services before reaching out to me.
◃Overview▹
This is my full time job and I want to avoid myself some headaches and sticky situations, so here are a few things to keep in mind:
1) I'm very selective of what I want to work on and give myself the right to take on a project or decline one for pretty much any reasons.
2) As you may have noticed, I do animate SFW and NSFW. However I don't:
▹Animate anything that falls in those category: Gore, Scat, Beastiality, Characters depicted as underaged in a NSFW setting, AI generated content.
3) If you reach out to me to animate a piece of art, you are either the artist that made the art or have their permission to have the piece animated. In addition, all parties must acknowledge and agree to the following:
▹I reserve the right to post versions of the animation and other assets created for a commission to my portfolio and on social media. What is cleared for public release will be agreed upon beforehand.
▹Anywhere the animation(s) is posted or used, proper credits must be given to all parties involved in making the piece (usually me for animation and the artist that made the artwork, if it is a different party).
4) You may not in any circumstances feed the work produced to an AI or mint it as NFT.
5) If I am the one reaching out to you for a collaboration / personal project, then the "Personal Use" rights (see below) will apply to the materials produced. However, I may grant you a few more uses at my own discretion, like the ability to share the work with your patrons on Patreon.
Here are more details surrounding the different rights and uses for the animated pieces:
◃Personal Use▹
Commissions are for personal use only. Commissions are strictly not for commercial-use (merch, resale, brand partnerships, etc.) unless a separate commercial-use agreement has been made. Inquire further for details before I confirm the commission.
▹You can publish the animation on social media and use it for other personal uses, as long as credits are given when doing so.
▹If you are a streamer, you may use the animation as part of your screens without issue ("Starting Soon" Screen, "BRB" Screen, etc..) as long as credit is given somewhere on the page.
▹If you want to showcase the animation(s) at a table during a convention or an event, that is fine, but make sure proper credits are visible somewhere next to it (I can provide assets if needed)
◃Commercial Use▹
Commercial rights comes with an additional fee and allow the use of commissioned animations for commercial purposes, such as:
▹Selling & distributing the animation(s) in a store (ex: In a pack on Gumroad)
▹Selling & distributing the animation(s) in a store (ex: In a pack on Gumroad)
▹Distributing the animation(s) as part of a reward or subscription program (ex: Patreon, Fanbox, etc...)
▹Using the animation(s) in partnership with other brands (ex: using it in trailers for merch)
The owner of commercial use is still required to give proper credits to the animator (and if applicable, the artist) while using or exposing the work.
◃Pricing & Payments▹
Pricing varies widely on a multitude of factor and as such, I do not have predefined rates. Every project is different.
